If you've set a reply-to email in Settings, replies go straight to that inbox. If you haven't set one, the email is sent from a no-reply address and customers can't reply directly. You can set or change your reply-to email anytime in Settings.
One-click unsubscribe in every email. Fully CAN-SPAM compliant. Unsubscribed customers stop getting emails immediately and can never be re-added.
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with name, email, and service columns. We support .csv and .xlsx formats. You can choose to start the full sequence immediately, start from the re-booking reminder (for past clients), or just import without sending any emails yet.
Yes. You can pause any client's sequence from the dashboard. Paused clients won't receive any emails until you resume them. You can also skip individual scheduled emails with the X button. Skipped emails can be restored, and you can reset the entire sequence to start over.
CraftBoop checks for duplicate emails automatically. If a client already exists, you'll see an error and they won't be added again.
It's optional but recommended. If you add your Google review link, we include it in the review request email. Without it, we still send the review request — we just ask customers to search for your business.
